It's Happening For You
Yep. It's happening. It's right in front of you. All the time. The good, the bad, the plan that blew up in your face. You ask yourself why is this happening to me?
That question is the trap.
We've all felt the shift. The thing you built over months or years suddenly feels unstable. The direction you trusted gets disrupted. The plan you committed to stops working the way you designed it. And in that moment, everything inside you wants to assign blame.
To the timing. To the circumstances. To the people who didn't show up the way you needed them to.

But here is what I've come to believe after decades of watching this pattern play out in my own life and in the lives of those I've been around. The event is never the problem. The interpretation is.
Small, medium, large - the size of the disruption is relative. But they are all moving in the same direction. Toward something better than where you were. We just have a tendency to dismiss that because of how we rationalize its impact on us. We place value on what it costs us and miss entirely what it's building in us.
Those with a clear mind eventually understand that the dings, knocks, and blows are not happening to them. They are happening for them.
If you are frustrated for long periods of time, living in a routine that feels cyclic and repetitive, dreading your day-to-day - that is your nudge. Not your punishment. Your nudge. It is the signal asking you to move out of comfort and into your potential. So you can wake up every day knowing to your core that you are right where you are supposed to be.
Sometimes the nudge is subtle. A slow accumulation of restlessness that you keep dismissing.
Sometimes the nudge is a head-on collision you think came out of nowhere. In reality, it most certainly could be the umpteenth attempt to get your attention. Because you missed repeated opportunities to make different choices. And you still chose comfort. Familiarity. Safety. Those choices kept you in the routine of mediocrity while you told yourself you were being responsible.
You tell yourself "one day." "If only." "Just until." And before you know it, you are past the only day, and there is one more excuse waiting in your path. "It's too late." "I'm too old." "Nobody will ever."
Today is the day you change that.
It is hard. It is risky. It will scare you in ways you haven't felt in a long time. But all of that is to remind you of everything you have already survived. Every version of this that you thought would break you and didn't. You forgot what it feels like to move through fear instead of around it. You forgot what it feels like to be fully alive. You forgot you are supported.
You are not behind. You are being prepared.
It's happening for you. See it. Take it. LIVE FREE. STAY TRUE.
