VIVIDUS ENTERPRISES, LLC (“VIVIDUS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to providing an accessible and inclusive digital experience for all visitors, including individuals with disabilities.

We are working to make VIVIDUS LIFE (vividuslife.com) accessible and usable by people with a broad range of abilities and assistive technologies.

Accessibility is an ongoing process rather than a one-time project.

We periodically review the website and address accessibility barriers that we identify or that are brought to our attention.

Because technology, website content, third-party services, and accessibility standards can change, some portions of the website may not currently provide a fully accessible experience for every visitor.

VIVIDUS LIFE is primarily a digital platform.

At this time, this Accessibility Statement addresses the accessibility of our website and digital services. It does not describe accessibility features of a physical VIVIDUS facility or permanent physical location.

Statement Regarding Conformance

VIVIDUS is committed to improving the accessibility of vividuslife.com and is working toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA conformance.

Because accessibility testing and remediation are ongoing, we do not currently represent that every page, feature, document, or third-party component of the website fully conforms to WCAG 2.2 Level AA.

Our goal is to identify and address accessibility barriers as they are discovered and to provide meaningful access to our website and services.
